I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, and we got it earlier than expected. The big comfortable bed with a mosquito net and the very nice bathroom were a great plus. However, the service at Ubungo bus terminal was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Most staff members were hard to communicate with, but they did arrange a well-priced taxi service to compensate for the hotel's distance from the center.
